Christ and Amber missed their breakfast in the hotel so we need to find a place to have late breakfast or early lunch. We went to a floating restaurant by the lake. It was nice breakfast with a very beautiful surrounding. The weather was perfect. The sky was blue above the Mount Batur and reflected nicely by the calm water of the lake. (more…)

We arrived a bit earlier in Batubulan to see Barong dance performance. It gave us chance to see the performers doing their make up and dressing up in the back stages. They were very quick doing their make up as they do this everyday. The performance runs smooth as usual. (more…)

We start early in the morning by hiking the Campuhan ridge, a small hill west of Ubud that located between two rivers. The weather was fantastic for pictures. The green of the long grass was lighted well and the sky was saturated blue. We start the walk from the north side and end the walk at the shady and cool campuhan river.
